I ordered a "PacSafe Tote Bag 100" at approximately 1630hrs on Friday, 12th March for next-day (Saturday) delivery.
Packyourbags called me immediately upon receipt of my order to advise that the colour choice I'd made was no longer in stock and to offer me an alternative colourway. I had originally assumed that they were calling me to advise that it was too short notice for next-day delivery - I was wrong! I decided to proceed with an alternative colourway and I'm delighted to say that my purchase arrived before 1000hrs the following day.
I'm a great fan of PacSafe products and have purchased many over the years. They are are stylish, effective and I have 100% confidence in them - this item is no different and I'm thrilled with it.
This is the first time I've purchased through Packyourbags and I can whole-heartedly recommend it - thoroughly excellent customer service, excellent website, job done, thank you!

I ordered the Source Gobi Sandal and I’m more than pleased. Very fast shipping to Germany, good price (the same item would be more expensive in Germany, approx. 14 GBP more plus shipping!). Good communication, shop and site are easy to handle, fast and friendly service. Typical british, that’s why I like to buy from UK shops.

Very good shopping experience, but the freight charge to Finland was high ( 30 €) compared to the weight of the package ( 600 g) A cheaper and slower delivery could be an option!
