Sleeping Bag Information
The right choice of sleeping bag is important. Decide what you will be doing and purchase a bag suitable for that purpose as the degrees of insulation differ from style to style.
Although they all look very similar generally the smaller the bag packs the least warm it is and the more money it costs. If you really want a bag that compresses very well, and is lightweight, a good quality bag is your very best and most economical choice. A good bag will last well and give you the performance your require much longer than cheaper versions.
We catalogue here a range of sleeping bags, many actually still made in the UK, and some specially selected for general travel where small pack size and probably minimal insulation is required.
For adventure travel taking a sleeping bag is a very important item even if you think you will not need it! You will see catalogued one or two bags for colder situations but we can supply bags for use in almost anywhere, please contact us if you are interested in other types.
Please Note: The temperature ranges quoted for all the sleeping bags listed assume that there is suitable insulation placed under the bag during use i.e. a sleepmat or Therm-a-rest.
