The Haglofs Spitz II Jacket is a lightweight Gore-Tex 3 layer pro shell mountaineering jacket, and is the much anticipated successor to the original Haglofs Spitz jacket.

Offering all the weightless durability of the original, this jacket comes with a host of new and improved features – making it fierce competition for other high end jackets on the market. Designed for extreme activities, it ensures you retain extensive freedom of movement but at the same time keeps you very well protected from the elements. Perfect for climbing, Cordura reinforcements on the shoulders and waist reduce discomfort from bags and belts, whilst reinforced sleeves, back and hip all provide further robustness. A 3 way adjustable hood provides plenty of room for a helmet to be worn underneath, and a reinforced peak directs weather away from your face. Furthermore, Napoleon pockets provide climbing harness compatibility, whilst conveniently placed pockets close to the central zipper and in the sleeve increase accessibility when wearing a harness.

The Gore-Tex fabric utilised in the creation of this jacket is really the standout feature however, retaining extreme rugged durability but at the same time remaining breathable and lightweight. Furthermore, ventilated pit zips provide additional ventilation. Offering superb wind and 100% water resistance, this jacket is practical for a broad range of activities on or off the mountain – such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking and even every day use.

  • Velcro adjustable sleeves with bellows.
  • Single handed cord adjustment at the bottom hem.
  • Polyamide cuff and lower hem linings.
